Craig is a partner at Roderick Linton Belfance with extensive experience in corporate and
healthcare law. Prior to rejoining Roderick, where he started as an associate, Craig served as
in-house counsel to a health system, most recently holding the position of Executive Vice
President and Chief Legal Officer. As an associate at Roderick, Craig handled business
litigation, commercial law, employment law, domestic relations and corporate matters.

Today, Craig's practice focuses on counsel to nonprofit and for-profit health systems, hospitals,
private practice physicians and groups, hospital/physician joint ventures and other corporate
clients on general corporate, employment, and healthcare related matters.

Craig provides advice on a vast range of legal issues to these groups, including: mergers and
acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance and governance restructuring, employment
matters, regulatory compliance, issues related to not-for-profit status, real estate transactions,
FTC/DOJ antitrust issues, strategic planning, insurance procurement, risk management,
medical staff and licensure issues, physician and physician practice matters, internal and
independent investigations, managed care contracting and litigation.

Craig is active in both the Akron and Green communities, He currently serves on the boards of
the Boy Scouts of America Great Trail Council, the Summit County Historical Society and the
Green Schools Foundation. Craig is a member of the Downtown Akron Kiwanis. He was a
member of the Leadership Akron Class XXVIII, and formerly served on the following boards:
Akron Roundtable, Visiting Nurse Service, Akron General Managed Care Association, Inc.,
Edwin Shaw Rehab LLC, and the Renaissance Group at the Akron Civic Theater. Most recently
Craig served several years on the City of Green's Planning and Zoning Commission.
