Mr. Ufholz has extensive experience with closely held business matters. He has formed many limited liability companies, corporations and partnerships. He represents members, shareholders, partners and the business entities. His business representation includes formation, governance, buy-sell agreements, transactions, succession planning, litigation, merger, acquisition, transfer of ownership, dissolution and winding up.

Mr. Ufholz has handled many domestic relations matters, including dissolution, divorce and family matters. Mr. Ufholz strives to resolve domestic issues utilizing non-adversarial methods. He has been involved in many legally complex and high asset domestic matters.



Mr. Ufholz has extensive experience in estate planning, wills, probate and trusts. His goal is to ensure that his clients have organized and prepared their estates to protect their assets, reduce complexity, costs and taxation, while ensuring that assets are preserved for clients and their heirs.
