Danny focuses on business & consumer contracts & transactions, collections, wills, trusts, and estate planning here at Roderick Linton Belfance. His goal as an attorney is to serve small and family-owned businesses.

Danny graduated in the top 15% of his class from The University of Akron School of Law in 2022. Prior to law school, Danny was a financial representative who specialized in insurance & retirement planning. During his second year of law school, he interned for Attorney Nicholas Sidoti, a family and criminal defense attorney. There, he aided Mr. Sidoti with various criminal procedural and juvenile matters. Afterwards, he externed for the Honorable Judge John R. Adams in the United States District Court of the Northern District of Ohio. Danny drafted several memorandums and orders for Judge Adams, including on matters of product liability and the American Disabilities Act. Danny was also a law clerk for Zashin & Rich during his third year, where he participated in several administrative and employment matters and disputes.

Danny is a first-generation Chinese American and the first in his family to pass the Ohio Bar. His family owns a Chinese restaurant in Cleveland. When he is not practicing law, Danny works as a chef at his family’s restaurant. It is because of this that Danny understands the difficulties of family-owned businesses and wishes to serve the other small and family-owned businesses in the Northeast Ohio area.

Danny resides in Cuyahoga County and enjoys fishing and cooking.
