Dan Krupko is an associate attorney focusing on a wide range of practice areas including bankruptcy, business, and civil litigation. He has experience representing defendants in complex civil litigation cases as well as experience in criminal law. Prior to joining Roderick Linton Roderick Belfance, LLP, Dan was an associate in Roetzel & Andress LPA’s medical defense group representing physicians in medical malpractice claims.

Dan graduated cum laude from the University of Akron, School of Law in 2022 where he received a certificate in litigation as well as a Pro Bono Certificate for completing over 350 hours of pro bono work during his years as a law student.

Prior to law school, Dan was a student-athlete at Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania where he graduated summa cum laude in 2018. Dan was a two-time captain of the football team while earning a bachelor’s degree in Sport Administration.

Outside of the office, Dan enjoys golfing, cooking, traveling, and spending time with his wife and family.

Dan is a member of the Akron Bar Association, Stark County Bar Association, and the Ohio State Bar Association.
