David A. Randolph is an associate attorney with a diverse legal practice encompassing local government and municipal law, consumer law, business law, civil litigation, and criminal defense. He has successfully represented a wide array of clients, including consumers, contractors, and businesses—ranging from small local entities to large corporations. David regularly assists clients with contract negotiations, business planning, and consumer sales transactions. In his criminal defense practice, he provides comprehensive representation to individuals charged with offenses, from misdemeanors and OVI violations to felony cases, and possesses jury trial experience that enhances his effectiveness in the courtroom.

David earned both his undergraduate degree and Juris Doctor from the University of Akron, where he remains an active member of the legal community. He currently serves on the board of the University of Akron School of Law Alumni Association and is a member of the Akron Bar Association and Ohio State Bar Association.

In his free time, David values time with family and friends, enjoys playing golf, and boating on Portage Lakes.
